This policy explains how Community Wolf collects, uses, and protects personal information across our community tools, business tools, and Safety Intelligence API.
Information you provide, such as names, contact details, organisation information, and messages submitted through forms or WhatsApp.
Operational data generated through our services, including incident reports, access control scans, patrol check-ins, and survey responses.
Location data when you choose to share your location for incidents, patrol verification, or survey responses.
Technical and usage data, such as device identifiers, timestamps, and interaction logs used to maintain and improve the service.
We share information with trusted service providers who help us deliver messaging, hosting, analytics, and support services. We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed in other countries where our providers operate.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described above and apply administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, but we continually review and improve our controls.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws.
